AWAITING PASSPORT FOR MOM AFTER 4 MONTHS - Passport home affairs
My mom and dad both applied for their passports in May only for my dads passport to arrive in 2 weeks and my mom is still waiting. THIS IS EXTREMELY URGENT NOW!. They are supposed to fly over here to England for the World Cup next month and have booked match tickets to attend the matches. My mom has called the Home affairs everyday for the last 2 months only to be told that they are investigating. It was their mistake that they made on their end. Why should my mom have to suffer like this and why should my dad have to fly over here on his own? I demand a reply or more info on what is going on or I will result to drastic measures as this is not fair at all.
