Angry citizen I need help
Home affairs is crap. I went to the Randburg Home affairs after I gave birth in Feb so that I could do a birth certificate for my son they couldn't help me they told me to go back to the hospital and apply for it there. Did as they said went back and applied at the hospital till today I haven't gotten the certificate due to the is only one person that works there today is the third time comeing to Rahima mossa to try get the certificate then I'm told that lady has gone home and I should come back nextweek Wednesday. I was told they close at1:30 and open at 10:30 got here at 12:30 and she's not here its absolutely ridiculous and frustrating having to waste so much money on nothing. Can you guys do something about it
