i applied an id card from home affairs 5 months ago still now i havent receive it.when i go to home affairs they telling that my fingerprints are not processing or im being investigated.last week i received an sms saying my id card cannot be finalised supporting documents outstanding.so i went there this morning i was told i have to bring my parents id books my birth certificate and a letter from school i mean really why they need all that for what please help me im sick and tired of this
