No tertiary because of no ID

Hi there

I'm a matriculation who finished at school in 2016. I applied for my ID on the 5th of June 2017 at Pietermaritzburg Home Affairs and even today i'm told it's still coming. I have missed an opportunity to going to university because my Identity Document is not out yet. I have all the proof with me.
