Arrived at New Hanover Home Affairs at 12-00, sat down just to be told that i must go outside the building and wait in a que. Plenty of seating space inside but we had to wait outside in the wind and cold with no seating. At 3:30pm went and inquired just to be told that they were closing. not once while waiting outside was anyone called in to be helped. No communication what so ever. Phoned your office manager, Hllengiwe Nkonyani who was of no help at all except for excuses, and telling us that there was only one person on duty and that she has no airtime left . Incompetent service and cruel to the elderly that had to sit on the grass (while the inside was full of empty chairs) and unfair to the poor who had no money to return. I did write a letter of complaint which myself and all those that waited outside signed. The office manager says it was a communication error but we were specifically told to wait outside.
