I applid for a passport on 18.12.2014, as i am flying to Belgium for business. on 06.01.2015 i went to enquire how long i still need to wait they would escalate it and mark it urgent.On 07.01.2015 i contatced the customer care line and was given a case number to exscalte as urgent since then i have been phoning them 4-5 times a day to find out how far is my passport.All my arrangements have been made for my trip by the company but still no passport i need to apply for my Visa and time is running out i have a appointment for tomorrow which is the last day i can apply for the visa. I still cannot get any correct answer as to when my passport will be ready i am really getting very frustrated i even sent them all my documents as prvoe for my trip and all bookings have been made.I need someone to please help me i must have my passport as i need it for my visa appointment made for the 16.01.2015.
