Unabridged Birth Certificate NOT RECEIVED AFTER 8 MONTHS OF WAITING - Unabridged birth certificate
Hello,
We have applied for an unabridged birth certificate on 3 February 2015. Its now September(8 mnths later) and we still have NOT received THE CERTIFICATE.
I have called the call center every week for the last month and they keep saying that a request has been sent to retrieve the birth record from archives. So for an ENTIRE MONTH no one saw to this request??? who have they been escalating to? DOES ANYONE WORK AT THE HOME AFFAIRS Back office for Birth Certificates????
If any kind soul works at home affairs back office for birth certificates can you please assist me as this process has passed its SLA
