I have applied in January for my sons unabridged birth certificate, At the beginning of May the call centre told me I have to submit in two more documents, which they need, I sent it through, Now when I call them they say they still waiting for head office. Why do they have such poor service, no one at the call centre can assist everything is always to do with head office. When I ask to speak to a manager no one is available. My son needed this certificate last month, for his grade one application, his now placed on a pending list waiting for the certificate.
I just need an answer from them, why is it taking so long.
If I do not call them, no calls saying they require certain documents.
This is now totally frustrating.
