We submitted our child's ID application early 12 April 2015. Received an sms notification that the ID can not be proccessed due to uotstanding documentation. We responded by visiting them again on the 11th of May 2015 to follow up on this notification. Only to hear that "sorry all documnets have been submitted, we do not know why you have received that sms". Needless to say the process had to resume from the start.

Guess what - we received another sms notification yesterday which state; "ID can not be proccessed due to uotstanding documentation". Thus, I do not want to waste my time going there again - so I phoned them - needless to say no one, yes no one picked up the telephone.

What should one do in such a case?
