MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE - Department of Home Affairs
I am beyond disappointed in Home Affairs. I am battling since October 2014 to get an abridge marriage certificate. Everytime that I went into the Vereeniging branch I get the same lame excuse that they are busy with it. On the 15/06/2015 I logged a complaint to 0800 601 190 with case number 1506056964. Since then I phoned on the 15/06/2015, 03/07/2015, 06/07/2015, 14/07/2015 and 30/07/2015. And still nothing and I am getting fed up. What to I have to do to get my marriage certificate. On the 14 July when I phoned Rilene told me that I will get it with in 10days. Mr Mothebedi of the Vereeniging branch gave me 2 number in Pretoria Mr Ramodmo and Mr Delford 0124022009 / 0124022257 andeven those phones are always just ringing. No one answers.
