My son applied for his daughters unabridged birth certificate in September 2016. On 8 Dec 2016 I went to the Port Elizabeth Regional Office to re-apply. After numerous calls and a Intervention Case No.1702000951 received on 3 Feb 2017, still nothing. Every time I phone to enquire, they tell me they are still busy working on it. It is now 6 months later and we are still waiting.
