Still waiting on unabridged marriage certificate - unabridged marriage certificate
I have applied for an unabridged marriage certificate in March and still have no resolution.
While I understand it already can take 3 or 4 months, it has now been 5 months since applying and I am desperately in need of this document.
I have emailed my marriage register to the provided email twice, only to be told it hasnt been attached to my case.
I have given a copy of the marriage register to the Somerset West branch to send off and still nothing.
I call the branch every day but it rings and no one ever answers.
Whenever I call the call centre, I get told the same thing, that it is still being processed.
I just want this document!case no 1708000781
